Faze Clan is an ambitious esports organization with a passion for Dota 2. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Dota 2 Coach to help our team reach new heights in the competitive scene. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced game strategies, drafts, and team compositions.
• Analyze opponent teams and create counter-strategies to gain a competitive edge.
• Lead and conduct daily training sessions focusing on gameplay improvement and teamwork.
• Provide in-depth analysis and feedback on players' performances using game footage.
• Foster a positive and constructive team environment, focusing on both mental and physical well-being.
• Set performance goals for individual players and the team, tracking progress and areas for development.
• Stay updated with the latest meta changes, patch updates, and professional scene developments.
• Collaborate with team managers and analysts to align on goals and optimize team performance.
• Represent the team during matches, tournaments, and media engagements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in playing or coaching Dota 2 at a competitive level.
• Strong understanding of Dota 2 mechanics, meta, and competitive strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate players.
• Proven track record of success in a coaching or leadership role within esports.
• Analytical mindset, capable of breaking down complex gameplay scenarios and providing actionable feedback.
• Passion for Dota 2 and a deep understanding of the professional esports landscape.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate team practice and tournaments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience coaching a professional or semi-professional Dota 2 team.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and software for game review and performance tracking.
• Understanding of the psychological aspects of competitive gaming and player development.
