Professional CS2 Coach

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic game plans and tactics for the team.
• Analyze opponents and provide detailed feedback and counter-strategies.
• Conduct regular training sessions focusing on individual and team skills.
• Review and break down game footage to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide mental and emotional support to players, fostering a positive team environment.
• Monitor and assess player performance, setting goals for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest game updates, meta shifts, and professional scene developments.
• Collaborate with team managers and other staff to align on team goals and schedules.
• Represent the team in official matches, tournaments, and media appearances as needed.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a player or coach in the Counter-Strike series, preferably at a competitive level.
• Deep understanding of CS2 gameplay mechanics, strategies, and meta.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide players.
• Proven track record of success in a coaching or leadership role within esports.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to critically assess gameplay and provide constructive feedback.
• Passion for esports and a deep understanding of the competitive scene.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, accommodating team practice and tournament schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience coaching a professional or semi-professional esports team.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and software for game review.
• Understanding of psychological aspects of competitive gaming and player well-being..
