Hi, I’m Laura, a trained, certified and accredited sports psychologist. Being able to support competitive athletes as an applied sports psychologist is my biggest passion. In my philosophy as a sports psychologist, it is important to me to put you in charge of our joint process. I want to support you in your personal development and in realizing your goals and therefore see my role as a probability optimizer on your path to peak performance and continuous healthy improvement. As a psychologist, I want to take an holistic approach with you. This includes coaching with regards to athletic performance development, personality development, mental health and dual careers. The aim of my work is to work on related sports psychology issues and train the corresponding skills. For me, the individual person is at the forefront of every coaching session. It is important to me to look not only at athletes, but also at the person behind them and to work holistically on the development of athletic performance, personality development, mental health and dual careers.
